All of these are sugars.. just not sugar from sugarcane..
Sucrose is the actual one we call Sugar (the white in 1kg bags)..

This is very interesting info!!! I will have to keep an eye out for those, although im trying to stick only to natural ingredients at the moment ( what I mean is fresh foods!)
