do i just use the nutritional value right off my carton of eggs regardless of how i cook it - like for example would a boiled egg have same carbs protein fat etc as a scrambled egg (excluding the oil and butter i cook it in as i log that seperatly)

As long as you log everything, you should be fine. Good luck!

Yes, you are correct! The major nutrients in foods (fat, carbs, protein) are the same no matter if the foods are cooked or not. They are not changed by the cooking method either. When I cook eggs, I always use the nutritional information for a whole, raw egg.

          Re: question about eggs

14 nets carbs is all right as long as most of them (at least 8 g) come from veggies.

You can eat more calories by increasing your fat and protein intake. If you are in induction, you should aim for 65% fat and 5% carbs.

I already answered this question of yours in great detail on your other thread. As long as you will only eat cucumbers and green beans, you will have a hard time getting in your healthy carbs. I love veggies, so I would not have any trouble at all getting in more than 20 net carbs with only veggies--that's not counting carbs from cheese, eggs, cream, Splenda and so on.
