I am absolutely determined to do a clean induction after my faulty start. So today I have eaten only permitted foods and my carb count is at exactly 20.
I couldn't imagine why I have been craving food all evening... have eaten pork rinds, kippered herring, cheese -- everything legal -- and I should have felt satisfied.
Then I realized that for years I have chewed several pieces of nicorette gum a day. Today I didn't have a single one because it is not on the induction list.
And it dawned on me that this induction is also going to get rid of my addiction to the gum!
I am so thrilled that I don't even mind if all the extra legal foods slow my weight loss down a little!
