  • 2002 Acceptable List

Anyone have this? I had one in my old files and can't seem to find it. I really need a new one! The current one on the atkins website has so much more now then it ever did, I don't trust it!

I guess you are referring to the list of foods allowed on induction. If so, here's the link:

However, I would advise you to buy the book (if you don't already have it) and read it. Atkins is more than what you can and can't eat.

Georgiana, no offense, but I have the book and I have been doing this a long time and know it is more then what you can and can't eat - BUT- the entire core of the lifestyle is food, so, now and then I like to reference to keep myself educated. Thanks for the link.

Sorry, since you were asking for the list, I assumed you don't have the book.

          Re: 2002 Acceptable List

To be honest, I don't like to pull the book out at work. I hate the questions. So I keep the list folded in my purse where no one can see. I can't find it, which has me annoyed, but the link helped solve that.
