Hey guys... wow my worst habit i do and what has been putting the most weight on my body is that i tend to gorge myself at night and fall asleep!!! What can I do to kick tat habit or is it fine on atkins because its protein??

Now, instead of sitting and snacking, I turn the stereo on and clean my house or iron clothes. I don't know if that will work for you, but you can use the same concept and retrain your brain. Good luck to you. I am new as well. I hope someone else can give you more advice.
