    1 week in...9 lbs down!

    Hello All

    I am new to the site as well as the Atkins WOE and I must say I am EXTREMELY happy 2 have discovered both! I am on my 7th day of induction and I am already 9 lbs down! I haven't had induction flu which I find to be a blessing. I'm hoping, praying and wishing that I could continue with this as I am tired of being "BIG" little sister!

    Sorry for not formally introducing myself as Tom had instructed as I'm a tad bit shy Hopefully guys wouldn't mind being my buddies/support system anyways cuz in the next few weeks... I might need it

        Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
