Okay, so I completely screwed up. A coworker of mine went to Starbucks tonight (I'm working nights right now), and of course I ordered. I thought I was being smart by ordering a Sugar Free Caramel Latte. When she came back I drank it and it was so good, but then I got on-line to check the nutritional values (note to self, next time check nutrition before you order) and as far as I can tell it had 18g of Carbs! I'm doing extended induction for another week so this totally put me over for the day not to mention probably had stuff in it that I'm not supposed to have, like steamed whole milk. I didn't even think about that before ordering it.
Oh, well I guess, what's done is done. I have said before that this is a learning process, I guess lesson learned. Tomorrow is a new day with a clean slate.
