    Any Aussie Low Carbers??

    I am just wondering if there ae any aussie members here. I think that everybody here has been so helpful and informative. In saying that some of the food references e.g brand names for carb substitues etc are literally foreign to me

    ...If there are any aussies here it would be great to discuss whats available here .

    Hey there I'm an Aussie in Britain.I know what you mean with all the product names and a lot of the lingo.I stick to fresh produce it's nice and simple.I only recently found out about Splenda.
    This is a great site I've learnt tonnes here.

      Yes i think fresh produce is probably the most effective and the healthiest way to eat low carb.

        Hey, i'm aussie, but love this forum as there is so many contributors. Better than the aussie one anyway. I am on the darling downs in Qld. Where are you? I have bought some low carb products from a web site before. I can find out the addresses and post them if you like? Good luck!

          I have relatives that are Aussies that SHOULD be low carbers--does that count?

            Hi Kelly78...I am in Melbourne and i actuallyy purchased some stuff from a website yesterday call low carb zone. What website do you use? The stuff is expensive..is it worth it?
