How many of you weigh 10lbs more @ your Dr's office?

Do you go by your scale or theirs?
I go by mine. It's kinder and easier to track. It seems like every scale I've tried measures different.
Anyone else?

Yes, my Dr.'s scales are exactly ten pounds more than mine. I've always gone by my scale though.

What kind of scale to you own? I have a "Health-O-Meter Professional".
I have been debating on getting a digital but I believe they are spring scales also.

My dr.'s scales always weigh me at exactly 5 lbs more. I chalk it up to 1) clothes/shoes and 2) the fact that when I weigh in at home, it's always first thing in the morning, before any food or drink. And without jammies I go by what my scales say.

I weigh at work. I work at a hospital so every wednesday is my official weigh in day. Although I get on there almost every day LOL
