I think that's one of the easier parties!

    Chicken Wings
    Beanless chili
    Veggie trays
    devilled eggs
    cheese
    meatballs

since it's finger foods, there are a ton of options. I go to a big party every year and bring something from that liat above usually...a veggie/cheese tray.

      let's see....
chicken wings, burgers, chicken wings, chicken wings, burgers, pepperoni, chicken wings with pepperoni, then some chicken wings.

maybe some meatballs and chili, just to make it a balanced meal.
"I'm big boned" ...Um, nobody has bones that big....

Buffalo wings, not just for breakfast anymore.

I am with Chef Kev! Wings wings and more wings! Also, since I am a Card's fan I got to test run this last week when we won the championship game. I had a veggie and cheese tray with flavored cream cheeses (yes, you have to rememeber to watch the cheese), WINGS, deviled eggs, and of course carne asada, but simply replaced the tortillas with lettuce and made a "wrap" instead of a taco, with salsa, sour cream, and anything Atkins legal.....YUM! We shall have a repeat this week! I will admit I missed being able to drink all the beer with my football, but a Captin and Diet helped out with that ( I know, I know....). GO CARDS!!!

Who cares about the game? I'm talking about the total destruction of many pounds of chicken wings!!!!

Besides, if you dip your wings in beer, they get soggy.

So, I don't need the beer. Just the wings. I could use the beanless chili to dip my wings in. That's like taking out the whole barnyard as a snack.
Bacon wrapped chicken wings dipped in chili!!!!!!

It's like a mob hit at the farm!!!!

And we can watch the game while doing it!!!

The parties will be hard for me, but only cause the Pats aren't playing!
I'm in charge of the chicken wings....buffalo, sweet sour, mustard, and garlic flavored ones. Onr other person is also doing a low carb diet, and is bringing low carb dessert bars. We're ready!!

290 lbs. on 11/02/07 Goal: 145 lbs. or size 14 whichever comes first!

Don't you feel the least bit guilty eating your babies, CHICKlady?

I found sugar free honey at Wal-Mart a few weeks ago and made honey barbeque sauce for wings and it was awesome. Then I made hot honey mustard to dip wings in--it, too, was to die for.

Oh Papa Deuce, I wouldn't ctually eat wings like that....
                            well, maybe not.

I like extremely hot buffalo style. I have some Z Nothing Beyond hot sauce that I put in the wing sauce. Nobody else eats them.

I'll also have some beanless chili.
                            maybe a burger or brat.
                            and some garlic wings.

I can't even get myself to eat the jalapenos, stuufed with cream cheese, and wrapped in bacon, appetizers........ mostly because I worry.... maybe my mind set is just different because of my heart attack. MAybe I will feel better after I get my bloodwork done in a few weeks, and can actually verify good things going on on that front.

BTW, I love 'em really spicy too.... habanero pepper spicy!
