    Yahoooo !! 18 lbs gone !

    Hello all
    Well my wife lost 15 lbs and I lost 18 lbs what a good feeling when both of us can do this together...Thanks to all who answered my questions..
    It's never to late to start !!!
    Pork-fat rules !!
