Does anybody know what cold cuts are allowed that doesn't have any sugars in them. For example... Is Bores Head backed ham allowed?

If you cant find any nutritional info online then you ought to be able to get some info from the staff sellign it. there should be nutrition info on the packet/box they buy it in and I have never had any resistance from anyone not wanting to let me see the label.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
