    HI:

    I have been doing the diet strictly for the last 3 week. At first, I saw a difference of 8 pounds and I was very happy about it. I have been stuck for the last five day on 171. My height is 5'5.
    I have checked the ketone slip every day, and it has been marking large everyday.

    Also, I have been doing exercise every day since I begin the diet. I don’t know what to do now. What do you recommend?

    I recommend PATIENCE!! I'm with you though!! I'm staying away from the scale for awhile. Can't let it rule me. If you've been exercising that much, then your body is building muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat and soon you'll feel some shrinking going on. Your weight may not drop drastically but your fat will. Your muscles weigh more...there's a period where the scale will stagnate. It's normal. Yeah, I know, I hate it too! Just the way it is. Gotta hang on. It'll be worth it in a couple of weeks. Commit to 2 weeks and then weigh yourself.

      Malenet, its just that the Honeymoon is over, Its very very common to "hesitate" after induction and stick to x pounds. Don't worry about it, the pounds will start to drop again soon. BTW, this is the time we lose inches so try on those tight pants, you might be pleasantly surprized
