My husband and both started on January 2nd.
I've lost 13lbs, but my husband has lost a staggering 26lbs.
He is in OWL, and has introduced nuts/berries now - but, he is actually not far off his target - he only wanted to lose around 30-35lbs max.
He never expected it to drop this fast, and obviously hasn't had time to go through the rungs (lucky him eh!).
Should he go to pre-maint?
How does he now get all those food groups in without going through the rungs?
