Re: Hi first post.on 3th day of mastercleanse
I have never heard of it and when I went and looked, I don't think our good Dr would approve. Your eating nothing but carbs for the first week and then going to little or no carbs with Atkins.
Have you ever just tried doing Atkins from start to finish.
Good luck, hope it works and let us know

Re: Hi first post.on 3th day of mastercleanse
Maybe... I tried an awful lot of things before starting Atkins properly, on page 1 of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, with the Induction phase, following a proper "mastercleanse" of my refrigerator, freezer, cabinets, closets and other places harboring foods with strong derailing potential...
What exactly are you trying to do? (Assuming a different sort of mastercleanse) Oh, BTW, Welcome...

Re: Hi first post.on 3th day of mastercleanse
LOL Susan, I did a similar 'mastercleanse' of my store cupboards when I realised that Atkins was the way for me and not just another fad diet
. Luckily I have a vegetarian niece who was happy to take on all my packets and boxes of pasta, rice and beans so I didn't have to feel guilty at throwing it all away.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
