    Good choice! It's great to have a supportive partner on your Atkins journey. When one is getting weak and tempted, hopefully the other can talk you down!

      I hear ya. Though i'm on extended induction. and the prospect of taking 2 days to get back into ketosis keeps me from cheating. I bought atkins bars and berries for if i feel like cheating. Cause you are technically going a bit over, without usually knocking yourself out of ketosis. and i agree on the working out part. I try to on days i know i probably went over a bit.





      Sadly i fell off the wagon...HOWEVER im back on starting today 8/21/09 (176lb)

        I do not see this being a HUGE problem if it is just that one meal. I would however do an extra hour of cardio for the next couple of days (including right after dinner if possible) to burn out all of that blood sugar before it poisons you! I would then go back on an induction blitz for a couple of days. This should keep you from gaining and get you back on track. I allowed myself to have a few slices of real pizza a couple of months ago. THis is how I got back on track. I have to say it was not worth it. Just my two cents. Good luck and Happy Valentines Day!
