    I'm really curious - what vitamins and/or supplements are you taking, and have you noticed a difference at all?

    I was only taking a women's one-a-day up until today.

    I keep hearing about the WONDERFUL benefits of fish oil, so I finally went and bought some. I also heard that extra vitamin D in your diet, especially for women, is a REALLY good idea. And L-Carnatine as well.

    Those are the three I bought today.
    All Vitamin Shoppe brand:

    Fish Oil EPA-DHA - (includes 5 IU Vitamin E) - 1000 mg Marine Lipid Concentrate (EPA= 300 mg & DHA = 200 mg)

    Vitamin D 1000iu

    CarniPure L-Carnitine plus Vitamin B6 = 250 mg of L-Carnitine & 10 mg of B6

    And the One-A-Day I take is the Women's Active Mind & Body


    i'm just reallllly curious as to what all of you take?
