I am back to 303.8
Unfortunantly Superbowl took its toll on me
We hosted it at our house which i agreed to take a planned break just for the evening of superbowl and really was only 3 things i ate that were not on plan - I did not think it was that big of a deal and it wasnt at the time until the end of the night and there were so many leftovers so my friends suggest how about we come over tomorrow for dinner to help finish this of and I said ok - stayed on plan all day monday until they came over ugghhh and gave in to temptation - Tuesday still more leftovers and I gave into temptation again
I told my husband we could not host parties at our house again for a long time unless everything we make is plan friendly - Period no exceptions - From now on we will have our friends host so that we can come home empty handed and not have the devils food sitting in my fridge or in my cabinets
James has taken everything that was leftover still and brought it to his job which of course give it 10 minutes and it will be gone there and today i do the shameful reflection on my food journal of a big ol FAT FAILED over 3 days
I wanted to tell you guys so that I felt responsible for my actions so I could not just shove it under a carpet and pretend it didnt happen then 2 weeks down the road say i just dont understand what happened
However on the brightside went to dr yesterday - and apparently this extra weight that i carry has caused my body to produce ummm i dont wanna get this wrong some sort of extra horomones which have caused all sorts of issues that i had been having - they got me on some meds to conrol the issues at hand that i am having and she said this should sort out the problem I am having during the 10 days a month i have to take the meds and hip hip hooray it looks like it did sort it out as i am not having the problem i was having before sorry trying not to mention what was wrong as its a little graphic - anyways i have to take these meds 10 days a month she said after a while i might be able to switch to 10 days every 3 months and i told her i was on a diet and that i had lost 8 lbs and she said that if i lost weight that my body would stop producing so many of these horomones and i wouldnt have to take the meds at all
So here is to me stepping back on the program and now that the problem i was having is fixed i am able to get into the gym wohoooo
