  • chicken fries and toothpaste

i am in the third day of induction, and so far i feel amazing... didn't feel hungry.. didn't feel weak.. exercised.. in fact i even played in a badminton tourney and went to the quarter finals.. never thought that would be possible .. i am having headaches and slight dizziness from last night though, but as i read in the book, its supposed to be a good thing...

i have a question regarding chicken fries.. is it ok to have them.. as in the crust of the chicken fry is pretty crunchy and i dont know what it is made of.. is it made with corn or baking powder or any carbohydrate or something.. and if so, is it ok to remove the crust and have the chicken fry...

and also.. toothpaste is normally sweet... is it a problem to use sweet toothpaste.. i am careful to make sure to gurgle properly so that no toothpaste is left behind.. but is it enough...

please let me know ur opinion .. and thankx

Regular chicken fries are not "legal" as they are usually coated with bread crumbs. For example, here is the nutritional information for Burger King Chicken Fries:
BK Chicken Fries - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm sure you can make your own chicken fries though, without using breading (e.g. coat them with cheese and/or spices).

Unless you eat a teaspoon of toothpaste, you should be safe.

I'm afraid you would have to eat it with fat though... which is a pretty gross combination. :P

hahaa.. thanks.. but seriously, I was pretty scared abt the toothpaste bit... yesterday I was even checking the label of a mineral water bottle to make sure tht there is no hidden sugar (glucose).. in comparison sweet toothpaste seemed rather scary

Toothpaste may be slightly sweet, but I can assure you that only non ADA approved toothpaste (probably designed by the 5th out of 5 dentists) has no sugar. That would be completely counterproductive.

Besides, eating fluoride toothpaste is not good.
