    Lipolysis & Ketosis - A brief overview

    Hello Atkineers

    Sometime ago I try to post a pdf file with a brief overview on Lipolysis & Ketosis. Since people were unable or whatever to download it, I decided to provide the slides here

    Have a look at it and if you have any questions just let me know ok?

    P.S. I know it is not hard science, but I tried to keep the info at a college lvl because not everybody is a biologist or care to learn all the small bits, factors etc. Oh.. I got this as a pdf..if anyone interested just pm me.

        Great idea to post it here !!

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

            Thanks. I'm glad to know that I don't have to see purple strips to know I'm in ketosis. Pink is just fine.

                I second that request. We answer the same lipolysis/ketosis questions over and over and over. How many people that are doing everything right worrying because their Ketostix is only pink and not purple? Most.
