    I've done the same thing before with the cheats. The bad thing is they are just not worth it. It sounds great leading up to the meal, but if you can just make a low carb choice you end up being just as full after it. I even struggle substituting the mushrooms for the baked potato to go with the steak. After the meal though, I'm just as full and avoided the cheat. Eating high carb foods is just not worth the side effect of being overweight. The great thing about this diet is that you are allowed to eat enough to be full

      Cheats do me in too. They sap my energy, give me headaches, mess up my stomach and generally make me miserable. They are definitely not worth it. And the thing is, I don't even really enjoy them.
