I use louisiana hot sauce. there is a rooster on the bottle. Mine has 0 carbs /serving and has no added sugar. I had to shop around for it as most that I looked at had added sugar. it is really thin. I mix it with mayo to make it a bit thicker- it is really really good that way!
Make your own! Hot sauce is just peppers, salt and vinegar. I add some liquid smoke, garlic, cilantro, and lime juice to mine sometimes. Just throw it in the food processer and liquify it. Add some butter and you have buffalo wing sauce. You control the heat and the flavor. If you like it hot, throw in a few finger peppers, serranos, or habeneros. I like the serranos for the delayed heat they provide and finger peppers for the front end heat. Add some jalapenos, chile de arbol or anaheim reds for flavor and color and you're in there.

I just looked at the bottle of hot sauce I have. 10 carbs per serving (2 table spoons)
Anyone know of any no carb/lower carb hot sauces for hot wings ?
TJ, 10 carbs? I never heard of such a thing for wing sauce!
I used to sell hot sauces and salsas for a living. I owned the business.
My favorite wing sauce was made by either Griffin's or Griffith's wing sauce.... I forget the name, but made in PA, and I think they still make it. It is similar, yet different from buffalo style sauce....
Try Googling it. NVM.... here ya go:

Chuck, I bet it's either honey BBQ, Honey mustard, or teriyaki. I thought it sounded crazy high for true buffalo.

Foe sure... I meant no way for a buffalo style sauce.... that is just vinegar and spices, and user added butter.

I use Crystal Louisiana's Pure Hot Sauce. Per teaspoon it has zero calories and zero carbs. All it has in it is aged cayenne peppers, vinegar and salt. You would have to consume a lot of it to even have one full carb. It's what I always make my wing sauce with. I just heat up about 4 ounces of hot sauce with 2 tablespoons butter and I have a really great hot sauce.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
