  • If you aren't, you should be

Okay, so after a month on extended Induction, I had lost 7 lbs. Which, I would have liked to be more, but hey 7 lbs is 7lbs. Then I realized several things:
    1. I needed to go back to making sure I got all of my water in
    2. I really needed to go back to making sure I got all of my vegetables in
but the big one. . .
    3. I needed to incorporate exercise into my life.

I figured I would start slowly, easy pace (5 min 2.5 mph, 20 min 3.0 mph and then another 5 min 2.5 mph) on the treadmill and then 20 min of yoga for a nice cool down and stretch. So I had kinda been stalled after my initial 2 weeks of Induction (which I heard happens to a lot of people, the so called post induction stall), but after only a few days of working out, BAM down almost 3 lbs!

So if you aren't exercising, you NEED to, not an option HAVE to work out, even if it is just an easy walk on the treadmill for 30 min.

Now I am awaiting my Power90 videos (should be here tomorrow) and I can't wait to get started on those, but I feel the treadmill and yoga has really prepared me for a more intense workout. We'll see how it goes.
I WILL learn to feel comfortable in my own body again!

Thank you for posting your info ... I think this is really going to help me get more motivated as I can not get below 171 . My start weight was 195 so I really think I need to get in much more exercise. Thanks and Good Luck on your journey .
