... thanks to the stomach flu. OMG, I thought I was going to die! The icky stuff only lasted about 8 hours, but my body was sore for two days. And, I cheated with some plain oatmeal. I honestly couldn't even think about stomaching eggs or breakfast meats (any type of meat, for that matter) and the only veggies I could stand were lettuce and celery (later in the day). It's been almost a week and I'm almost back at 100%. Talk about throwing a wrench in the works. I was going strong and in ketosis for a total of two weeks. That's the longest I've ever gone. I'm still determined and quickly getting back on track! I never want to go through that AGAIN!
