    Anyone know of any SUPER EASY lunches I can take with me during the day?

    What about fast food choices?

    I've been eating bacon cheeseburgers (no bun) from various fast food restaurants but somehow I don't think that's probably a very good choice. Are those meat patties with cheese and bacon bad for you??? They taste so great though!!!

    Help! I need super easy or reliable fast food choices.

    Meat patties are okay. Bacon should be okay, even though it's not like any store bought bacon. Most of the cheap, processed cheese has carbs.

      How about a Subway salad, You can chose what you want in it and the dressing. I think they are pretty good.

      Get a little ice chest and take some veggies, some string cheese, some deviled eggs, some tuna salad,

        Subway salads can be quite carby. Meat and bacon may be a better choice.

          I absolutely have the best weight loss results with....if I don't cook or prepare it, I don't eat it. If I made it, I know what's in it and I can estimate the carb count accurately. It gets boring sometimes but I am incredibly busy during the day and I have tuna salad EVERY day Monday through Friday. One can of tuna drained with 2 tablespoons of mayo. HIGH protein and fatty too. It fills me up and curbs my hunger throughout the day. It's an easy way to get at least 300 calories in there. It also helps boost the protein percentage without having to consume high calorie chunks of other meats all day long. For variety...if you can call it that...switch it up and have egg salad. Scoop it up out of the bowl with pork rinds.
