  • a new way to get squats in

    Hello, everyone!

    I work in an office at a desk and I have come up with a way for me to get some squats in. Every time I use the restroom, I will do 10 squats. I should get a few in everyday since I am on induction and drinking tons of water.

    I currently am not exercising and this way I can get a little in. I hope to purchase a treadmill soon. If not spring is right around the corner and there is a park near home and work that I can go walk at everyday.

    Good idea

    Do you have stairs at work? One member used to climb up and down them each time they needed to visit other floors in the building instead of using the lift (elevator) and so managed a good workout at the office that way.

      I started using the bathroom on a different floor (except when I'm running between meetings). Since I drink so much water, at least I'm going up and down a flight of stairs every hour or so.

        I work in a small strip with no stairs. I don't thinks that there are any stairs anywhere in this small town, except for some houses maybe.

        Today I have been at work an hour and have gotten 30 squats in so far!!!

        My grandmother told me this morning that she can tell that I have lost some weight. she says that she can tell all around my mid section. That really motivates me!

        Maybe some day I will be brave enough to post my pics. But for now I just can't bring myself to it. I am so ashamed of the way I let myself get. It is no ones fault but my own and I am bound and determined that this way of living will help me become the person I truly desire to be. Physically and Mentally.

              I think I can handle this one till spring when I start planting out a 2 acre garden ( That is my bread and butter Whoops Veggies and Butter in the summer time ) Then I will be getting all the squats I possibly need ...
