This morning i (by a mistake) ate some cereals 
This is my second day on atkins, and last and this morning i had lost 3lb.
I have estimated my dayli intake of carbs to 52g.
So i have decided to do some extra cardio today, but will those extra 30g of carbs affect or directly ruin my weight loss?
