OK you have my permission to punch him (well lovingly of course)
You have lost. It is a long journey.
Are you not enjoying your diet? Many good things you can make and eat and you do not have to feel like you are missing out on the good life.

You have lost almost the same amount, and if it makes you feel better carry around little sugar packets and sneak it into his soda when he's not looking!

yeah it sucks. i absolutely hear ya. i'm sure if my fiance gave up just ONE vice (such as beer) he'd do the same exact thing.

just remember - biologically it takes women SO much longer to lose because apparantly WE'RE the ones that have to have the babies (so because of that, we're supposed to hold on to fat - THAT'S what's not fair)...

unfortunately it's just a biological thing that no matter how you look at it and no matter how much you wish it weren't true, men ALWAYS lose faster than women do - but that's what makes us so incredible is that we STILL CAN lose weight and BECAUSE we have to work harder at it, that makes us more special!!!

i know i'd rather be able to say, "yup, i worked HARD to acheive MY 15 pound loss. I'm not some abnormality like my fiance"...lol (ok, maybe not abnormal - but you know what i mean).
