help with stinky breath

Hi! On Sunday my family and I went on a road trip. One of my kids got car sick so I sat in the back with the other one. We were riding along having us good family talk and my oldest son looked at me and said, "Mom, your breath smells like dead minnows." I told him ok let me spray some mouth spray. About 5 minutes later I asked him if my breath was better he told me yeah it's minty. Then about 10 minutes later he says, "Mom, your breath smells like minty dead minnows!"

What gives? It is very embarassing having my 12 year old explaining that my breath smelled like dead minnows. I wonder how many people I come into contact with on a daily basis that thinks that my breath is horrid.

Any suggestions since the breath spray really doesn't work well for me?

Very common problem! I've never experienced it myself, but if you hit the search button up top, I'm sure you'll find plenty of other people with experience!

One suggestion I heard was chewing on parsley!
