    gwec?

    im new here. (just joined today). i am trying to navigate my way around and familiarize myself with the lingo of this community. i ran across gwec a couple of times...can someone tell me what that is.
    also if you can just give me some "to know" phrases or acronyms so that i can be more savvy on here, that would be great. thanks.
    35 year old female height 5'7 (and a half)
    2/9/08 starting weight....174lbs
    2/13/08 current weight.....169lbs
    goal weight......................150 lbs
    current clothes size 8/10 (moreso 10)
    goal clothes size 6 (with room to move)

    I ran the term gwec through the handy-dandy search function and came up with nothing other than this post in reference to GWEC. However, being in the military I'm usually good at solving these. Usually things ending in EC are Exercise Challenges. If you could link a thread where you have seen this term, maybe we can figure it out.

      Are you sure it wasn't 6WEC that you've been seeing? That stands for 6 week exercise challenge. These 6 weeks exercise challenges are ongoing and you will see 6WEC on the challenge forum and in the celebration forum.
      People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.

          oopsy...yes, upon closer look it is 6WEC!!! i was reading it from my iphone, which, obviously the screen is just a tad bit smaller than my laptop....*giggle*
