    hi.. all... after my monthly period I went down to 124.5 from yo-yo ing or standing firm at 127.5 to 128. I was really strict... so then... I made hilshire farms low fat sausauge made from turkey.. pork and beef.. 0 carbs and 0 sugars.. not reading the dextrose in the ingrediants... sauted with peppers and onions with real butter and olive oil. The last time I made this.. I ballooned 2 lbs of water... right after I ate it... it came off after 3 days... then.. I made it again as mentioned above and boom.. up was my weight ... and I was very thirsty from it all day yesterday but not urinating... with all the water I was drinking.. today I am at 126.5 and furious at myself. Never again with that sausage.. so it may say 0 carbs and 0 sugars but that dextrose and salt is a killer. anyone else sensitive? Yesterday I ate... 3 scrambled eggs in butter with a pinch of shredded cheddar... then... a wendy's single minus the bread.. no catsup... along with a chicken grilled salad BLT.. no dressing.. they don't have blue cheese.. I didn't even finish the greens but did eat a cup of it.. they must have 3 cups of lettace in that salad. Then.. got home and ate the rest of that sausage dish mentioned above.. that is it.. plus tons of water... so.. I think that sausage dish is out for me as I want to be 120 lbs and everytime I get set back...I get discouraged.. and I run 4 times a week... about 15 miles total. I am a slow loser as I am closer to my goal weight.. 5 lbs makes a huge difference on me and the way my clothes fit.. I am not happy at 126... anyway.. just needed to vent... Thanks.. Lia
    LiaHello, I am an autism advocate. I urge you to take care of your immune system as vaccines have heavy metals that will damage your brain and nervous system. GREEN OUR VACCINES... take the toxins out of the vaccines. 1 in 150 children are diagnosed with autism and the numbers are increasing.     How annoying for you, Lia

    It is a salutory lesson for us all to make sure we check the actual ingredients in foods as well as looking at the carb counts

    Here's hoping those extra pounds don't hang around too long

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
