ok - so i'm doing what I can to avoid doing work...lol so i'm pretty acive on this board today!
I'm listening to a podcast of Jillian Michael's right now (biggest loser fame) and she had a great idea that I wanted to post about and hear about everyone else's "wants"...she said this list will help yu make it through your journey and remind you WHY you are doing this. And it CAN be absolutely anythying - not just health/weight issues...
what do YOU want in life?
1. I want to weigh 150 pounds.
2. I want to be a beautiful and THIN bride on my wedding day.
3. I want to be strong and gain muscle definition in my body from all the working out I do.
4. I want to be the best wife and (future) the mother who teaches her children about health and wellness and refuses to let them have junk food.
5. I want to be healthy and be able to show my doctor that she was right about not eating carbs when I go to my next appointment this year!!!
6. I want to be an inspiration to others.
7. I want to be that strong person who says, "this is the way I eat. I do NOT need that 'one bite' and while it won't 'kill me' I would not be happy if I have it and I'm sticking to my guns because I like staying happy."
8. I keep thinking about this time next year and I want to be able to say "yup - I haven't eaten any junk or sugar over the last year!"
9. I want to be able to wear a swimsuit this year and NOT feel bad about myself.
10. I want to go into a dressing room and not want to cry because nothing fits.
That's all for now (haha, mine are all about health) - but that's ok. I need this list (i'm printing it off) - I need this list to remind me WHY I am doing this and WHY I need to keep going.
