  • Third Day already!

    Hey to all,
    Well I made it thru the first 2 day. today I noticed I woke up wanting Bagels and toast and pop tarts and anything else you can think of that has massive amounts of carbs. Does this go away. PLeeaase say it does! what to do when feeling like this. any suggestions. Thanks for the help!

    I say have some fat...Have some bacon and a deviled egg...or some nice boiled cauliflower with butter (so creamy and yummy when you overcook the cauliflower). I am a pasta addict, but when I do the cauliflower thing, I don't miss it. I even have cauliflower with spaghetti sauce when I make spaghetti for the rest of the family!!!

      Eat! Just keep it legal, and keep the fat percentage up. You are so close to being over the 'hump' don't give in! Ketosis will kick in shortly and your appetite will plummet. Hang in there!
