Alright.
My mum calls me up yesterday and learns that I'm trying to diet again. From previous experience herself with dieting, she knows that Atkins can cause constipation. So today she shows up at church with a colon cleanser O.O! Although I adamantly insisted that I wouldn't take anything that was going to make me sit on a toilet for 5 hours, she finally convinced me to take it home and at least use it once.
>_> Well I'm still wary about it.
Although it's called "Super Dieter's Tea", Ive looked up the ingredients and they're all a mild form of laxative. My mom's main argument is that for EVERY diet you start you should start with a colon cleanse to clean up all the old stuff out.
My question is: Is this really necessary >_> Or recommended, or should I throw the box away and save myself the trips to the bathroom?
