  • my first 20 Lbs is lost... 40 lbs to go...

    hello everybody
    i lost my first 20 lbs..since january 1th 09,201,then ,now 181,and hopefully 2 more months and 160 and 2 more 140-138,138 is my final goal,but now im just going for my next 20,if i knew how to put pictures i would,may be someone can advise me...

    Congrats, Kim! I'm like you, I started on Jan. 1 and have lost 21 pounds. Isn't this great? I will be happy to get to 14, smaller if possible, but I have found that even though I weighed 120 when I was younger, I look terrible if I get down that small now. I'll just have to wait and see! Good luck with your goals. I know you can do it!

        Congratulations to you both

        To post pictures you need to have them hosted somewhere on the internet.

        You can upload them here from your computer into your personal album by selecting the 'pictures and albums' option from the 'quick links' link at the top of the board and following the instructions.

        Once the pic is in your album you select it then choose the line of code which starts [img] and ends [/img] and copy it into your signature block.

        To access and edit your signature choose the 'user CP' link at the top of the board and select 'edit signature'

        Anything you type in your signature block will automatically appear at the bottom of every post you make.
