I have messed up the last 4 days eating food i should not be eating. Please help me get motivated. Where do i go from here i'm very disappointed in myself. Do I start all over like its the first day of introduction? Please help me .

. Next time you are tempted to cheat, ask yourself, "does it really taste THAT good?" "wouldn't getting to my goal weight give me more of a reward than eating this?" This helps me as well. You can do it
