Just pick up where you left off. No use in beating yourself up. You just got to keep focused on your goal. Try looking through the Before & After section here on ADBB, that always keeps me going . Next time you are tempted to cheat, ask yourself, "does it really taste THAT good?" "wouldn't getting to my goal weight give me more of a reward than eating this?" This helps me as well. You can do it

Julie, one thing that might help is looking through the recipe section and checking out Linda's low carb recipes. linda's low carb recipes - Yahoo! Search Results

For me, being able to make a pumpkin and cream cheese dessert has kept me from going off plan more than once.

I had a couple of binges early on, too... BUT I binged on legal foods. Cheese, meat, cream cheese with flavorings and splenda ... anything that was legal. It got me over the hump and didn't knock me out of ketosis.

Fortunately, if you choose legal substitutes, you will be amazed at how the process automatically curbs your desire to binge.

((((HUGS)))) and best of luck to you!

Mt tip would be to make sure you have plenty of 'legal' snacks and food prepared so you can easily grab something without thinking when you feel a craving.

One past member used the quote
Failing to plan is planning to fail
which struck a chord with me as a great mantra.

As well as having plenty of snacks (and I mean much more than you think you will want to eat) try to treat each meal or snack as a goal. Managing one meal on-plan is a success, and if the next one is not a success then just aim to make the one after that a success.

Don't fall into the 'forget-about-it' trap and think that once you eat one thing off-plan that you might as well carry on and start over the next day

Celebrate every 'legal' meal or snack you manage and before too long you will make the right choices without having to think about it.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
