  • how do I break my stall?

    I have lost 4 lbs in 5 weeks and can not get the scale to move.
    How do I get my fitday charts to the threads?

        F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

          the book: control cheese, nuts (OWL), Sugar Subst, for some peopel Cream, non Espartame....also, need to control your calories intake to a moderate level.
