My Start Today

Just dropping in to say Hi to all !

I've been lurking for quite a while gathering information and I've read Dr. Atkins' book. I'm ready to start today. I'm 5'10" at 225 this morning. Went clothes shopping this past weekend and have determined I have to do something not only for my appearance but for my health.
