Christa, net carbs are carbs minus fiber.
So if the label says 7 grams carbohydrate and 2 grams fiber, your net carbs would be 5.

You don't write where you live. Sunny is right, if you are in the US, net carbs are carbs without fiber.
On the other hand, if you live in Europe, the carbs written on the labels are net carbs. So, if a food has 4 carbs in 100 g, then those 4 are net carbs. The amount of dietary fiber should appear separately."Get action. Seize the moment. Man was never intended to become an oyster."
