Check the label. If it had equal carbs and fiber and no sugar or starch or anything not legal it should be fine. Just checked, it has table sugar and NOT ALLOWED. There are other brands you can take that don't have sugar

According to another website it has sucrose (which is another name for sugar ) and 60 calories per adult serving.
