I have taken Citrucel for regularity and fiber. Can someone tell me if it will effect my induction on Atkin's?

    Re: question on fiber drink

Check the label. If it had equal carbs and fiber and no sugar or starch or anything not legal it should be fine. Just checked, it has table sugar and NOT ALLOWED. There are other brands you can take that don't have sugar

How about the sugar free Citrucel powder?

Seems to have 7 grams of carbs though
