I have a problem with buffets, first I eat too much and second, those illegal foods are right there for the taking. I do better in a restaurant where I can just choose something low carb off the menu

Chuck (Papadeuce) just got back from a legal week in Vegas. I'm sure he wouldn't mind you PM'ing him for some info. He did great.

The best place by far that I can think of in terms of restaurants in Vegas for a low-carber is the Rum Jungle in Mandalay Bay. Brazilian-style meat-fest, from grilled chicken, fish, pork, steaks of all kinds, all cut off of big skewers the servers walk around with. Pretty good stuff... Just stay away from the black beans and rice!

hi.. buffets CAN be good.. if they focus on lots of grilled meats and fish.. today I went out to lunch to a buffet.. I had jerk chicken... it was not sweet.. but I ate the skin.. on the breasts and had about a cup of lettace.. with chopped egg and 2 small cherry tomatoes.. with blue cheese dressing.. and a piece of baked fish. that is it..I was full.. lia
