Hi everyone,
I'm just joining this forum after lurking on it today and reading through peoples' posts.
The success stories on here are great, and the pictures are so inspiring!
I was "put" on Atkins back in high school by my skating coach, and lost a ton of weight. I decided to go back to Atkins when a former teammate put up a picture of me back in high school, and I just about died when I saw how much better I looked.
I started this new way of eating on the first of February (the day the picture was posted!). I'm still doing Induction. At first, I thought my goal weight was 130, now I'm 2 pounds from 130, and I am nowhere near where/want I want to be!
The hardest thing for me is diet soda, I just can't give it up! I'm working on it, but it's my one addiction!
I started my first real May 2007, and I think that this job has been the demise of my hips/butt/waistline. So here I am, and I'm excited to read more of your posts, and be totally inspired
