  • Third Week on Induction COMPLETED !

    This morning completed my third week of induction. This week I had an amazing 8 pound loss. Thats a total of 17.4 pounds in my first 3 weeks. I plan on staying on induction another week Even though I dont know many people here I just want to thank you all. Your posts inspire and educate me to no end! This next week will be one month in I will do my measurements. Im anxious to see whats shrinking where.

    Can't "weight" until I an wear stylish clothes once again :0).

    Congratulations! I hope I do as well in my 3rd week. How much exercise were you able to get in the last 3 weeks?

      Wow! That is great! Congratulations! I have been on induction for 7 days and have lost zero pounds! I have eaten meat,cheese and sugar free jello...for 7 days. So discouraged....Maybe it will all hit during week 2.

        Hey pepper are you eating any veggies? Maybe you should cut out the cheese for right now. It makes some people stall with weight loss.

          Congratulations Tori I too just ended induction and lost 15 pounds but I notice the two days I was eating the sugarfree jello I did not lose any .. although I think I might of had too much

                  Actually I did one mile the second week on my elliptical machine and thats been it. I have two young boys that i chase after 5 and 1. I do plan to start getting up an hour earlier in the mornings while my 1 yearold is sleeping and an hour b4 i have to get my 5 year old up for school to do an hour of cardio but I havent started yet.

                    I love my sugar free jello with a lil whip cream at night. I normally eat 1/2 a box a day. But lucily I been able to eat and drink artifical sugar and not get cravings. WTG on the 15 pounds thats AWESOME!!

                      Woo ya dif need to throw some veggies in the mix pure protien wont make you lose any faster your body needs the nutrients from the veggies and your bowels will need the fiber or you will find your self unable to Poo.

                            Great Job on the weight loss! This is my second week and Im a little discouraged cause Ive only lost 3pds. I eat salad, cheese, meat, and I'll have one of those cups of s/f jello, I was eating peanuts til I just found out u cant in intro.

                              AWESOME indeed! Congratulations to you! Won't be any time before you will be at goal at that speed! Can you share some of the things that you have eaten? Maybe like a menu? I have just started and I need all the help I can get. Thanks! I would just be so tickled to lose weight that fast!
