Well, i'm rather dissapointed, but i've lost 25 pounds since January 1st.
I still haven't gotten to the gym. I know in my heart that i'd lose a boatload more weight and feel better, but I just can't get there. (insert excuse)
Anyways, atkins is awesome. Wife is fully onboard, and i'm so proud, because she's lost 18 pounds.
We just need to get to the gym! argh!
a few pointers; We tried some flax-seed styled bread. It tastes identical to cornbread. Not for me, but wifey loves it.
We tried the carb-controlled bread from Braums....its fantastic.
Anyways; Starting weight January 1 = 310. 285 right now. Maybe 250 by June 1?
