for most weeks i have been losing 1-3lbs. this week i have gained 2lbs!!!
now last week i exercised more than ever!!!
the only thing i can think of is that on sat evening i had some gin and diet ginger than whisky and diet ginger than whisky and soda water. i stupidley got carried away first time i had touched alcohol this year.
felt wretched yesterday morning and ended up having a slice of toast. then got straight back on to atkins.
i thought gin would be ok wasn't sure about the whisky.
so i guess what i'm asking is the alcohol to blame for the weight gain?
