another question!! is sugar free gum allowed?

i have a meeting tomorrow and i'm soo paroniod about my breath (it honks!!)
would i be allowed sugar free gum as it may look odd me chomping on parsley there!!!!

It is... sort of. It will contain sugar alcohol and you will have to count it as one of your daily sweeteners.
In the long run I think having something sweet in your mouth will just stimulate appetite - but in this case, an exception, I don't see why not.
