hi.. after my wine date... saturday night... I woke up this am only up one half lb.. after I drank water all day yesterday and had 3 nice fatty protein meals... so.... I did lose a lb ... Lia.. next week my TOM arrives... so.. I expect to hold this weight for a week or so,....
