  • down the slippery sloap!!!!

I'm having a lot of problems at the minute with all of this. I have friends staying at the minute so it's not really possible to go to the gym so my exercise routine has gone down the toilet. I've been skiing a couple of times and I am trying to do some abs at home but this is nowhere near what I have been doing. Now I find my weight loss beginning to be weight gain so I am having trouble with my 6 week challenge/abs challenge. I have also been drinking some wine and have totally messed up my diet so I am writing this to get it all off my chest. I am getting the diet thing back together this last 2 days and am looking forward to seeing some change with my key. sticks.
Thanks for reading this whoever you are. I know someone will somewhere in the world.

thanks girls. It's good to know that there are people out there.
My friends go home to Ireland tomorrow so I'll be able to get back to the gym then.
today they had crepes with nutella and I had a plate of assorted cheeses. It wasn't a very big plate so that was good. For dinner this evening I made creamed potatoes for everyone and I had cabbage with bacon fried in the pan. This is something you should try. Really yummy!!!
I hope you are all doing well and are happy with yourselves. Let me know how you are all getting on. It's sooooo good to hear from other people that understand.
          big kisses to you all..........
