Supplement Question
Please forgive me if there is a thread somewhere already about this particular question. I have looked all over and can't find one. I am currently taking a real good multivitamin, flaxseed oil, & essential oils. In the reading I am doing in DANDR 2002 Chapter 23: Nutritional Supplements, he talks about using Vita-Nutrient "Cholesterol" Formula or Cholesterol Gold AND CV-4...I want to start taking similar supplements for my cholesterol, elevated tryglicerides, and prevention of coronary heart disease. I am assuming these were products that use to be sold thru Dr. Atkins? Does anyone know where I can find supplements similar? On the website I see only bars and shakes for sale. I can't imagine how much it would cost to buy everything he lists for these seperatly. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated
