I am going to try to up the fat a little to see how it goes. I will start next week with decaff to see how that goes. I get unmotivated quickly when I don't see progress so I am going to try to be strong. I do work out 6 days a week, hard for an hour. 5 years ago I lost 90lbs doing a really LOW carb, super low calorie diet (of my own) and a lot of exercise. I dropped 90lbs in 6 months I was at 287 to begin with size 28. It was not a healthy loss, my hair started falling out. I was at about 700 calories a day. But I was not healthy being that heavy either. The good news is that I kept it off. After I lost it I went off the diet, but still always watched my carbs and kept the count low. I then got married and had a baby and gained a smidge back. I am 3 pounds away from pre preg weight now. I wanted to loose again but do it more healthy this time. So I am trying to eat more calories than before but still watch my carbs. It is hard for me to eat fat because I have been programed (brainwashed) to cut calories and that fat has a ton. So I am trying. ufff more than you ever wanted to know? haha
